Feather accessories
Due to the nature of the accessories and the limited availability of all items, returns of LVR feather accessories are granted only when the product is defective and is returned in its original form and packaging within 14 days of purchase.
Jewelry & other Must haves.
Because all jewelry is unique and custom made to order, all sales are final.
If you receive a product that you believe is not what was expected or a different size is needed, it is possible to exchange the item for any other item in our shop or get an online store credit.
Defective items can be repaired free of cost or returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
There is a 60 day warranty on all handmade jewelry. If anything were to happen with your new handmade piece it will be repaired free of charge.
Acceptable exchanges are items that have not been worn, undamaged with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
* LVR is not responsible for any shipping charges, which occur from a return/exchange.
* We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with our policy.
* Please note that shipping charges are non refundable
La Vida Romana merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores or specialty stores must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
If anything arrives damaged, or something about your order doesn’t bring you happiness, we promise that we will do everything in our power (and then some!) to make you smile.
